1. introductory conversation
Our partnership begins with a no strings attached consultation. I get energized talking to founders about their businesses, how far they’ve taken them and how much farther they would like to go. This is where I come in.
3. build it
After we determine our scope, I will get right to work. In the fast paced world of business, I’m used to constant change. If strategies shift, we will adjust course and I will revise our plan. Simple as that.
2. scope it
From our initial meeting, I will put together a scope of work, timeline and ideas for where I can leverage my expertise to help us get closer to your business goals. Having worked with 100s of businesses during my time in start-ups and at Meta & LinkedIn I can quickly pinpoint areas of growth and opportunity.
4. crush it
I will provide weekly, monthly and/or quarterly progress updates to ensure consistent communication. Following our partnership term, I will present a review of our success together and opportunities to continue growing the business.
